52 Week Challenge: Week 2 - Downtown San Angelo

So my plan for today was to go downtown and take some pictures of our city. However, the weather decided not to cooperate with me and almost as soon as I got out of the car, it started raining. Of course it stopped as soon as I was halfway back home, but it was too late. I was able to get a couple of pics, though along Oakes St. I'm sure I'll revisit this topic again sometime during my challenge
